Rectified concentrated must (RCGM) strips both away, leaving a neutral sweetener suited to food and beverage applications where colour would be a liability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The two are not interchangeable, and the most common sourcing mistake we see is a buyer specifying &#8220;grape must&#8221; without stating which.
