Grape Must

Grape must is the freshly pressed juice of the vine, concentrated or rectified for use far beyond the cellar. We supply both concentrated grape must and rectified concentrated must in bulk — to wineries for enrichment and to food producers for natural sweetening.

Every batch is supplied to a defined Brix and colour, sampled and documented before it ships — so what works in your recipe holds at production scale.
